Greek Chapters 15-16

We will no longer be reviewing the “Noun System” including adjectives, pronouns, articles, etc. so be sure you know the Master Noun Chart backwards and forwards… (i.e. Chapter 10)

At this point you should know 180 vocabulary words (each of which I have pronounced in these videos on this web-site).

As we move into verbs, we will be building the Master Verb Chart (see page 354 in your Grammar BBG).

Chapter 16 is the first line of the chart, how the Present Active Indicative verb is formed.

Present Tense Stem + Connecting vowel (ο/ε) + Primary Active Endings (-ω -εις -ει -ομεν -ετε -ουσι)

There are 4 different endings: Primary and Secondary, Active and Passive, we’ve learned the Primary Active.

19 more lines to go in building out the Master Verb Chart (p. 354) – this is basically next semester.

About John Harris

I don't know half of you half as well as I should like; and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.
