Section #1 – Ezra 1-6
• Zerubbabel’s return fulfills Jeremiah 25.
• Not like Moses’ Tabernacle in Leviticus 9
• Not Like Solomon’s Temple in 1Kings 8
• This was NOT the ultimate fulfillment of prophecy… it was anti-climactic

• 60 years later, Ezra is a SPIRITUAL leader among the exiles in Babylon.
• A spiritual leader must…
° STUDY the Bible (the “Law of the Lord”)
° OBEY it themselves, and…
° TEACH its statutes (broad) and ordinances (specific)
• God NEVER commanded Ezra to call the people to divorce.
