What’s the difference between Peter and Judas? Peter repented. They both betrayed our Lord, but Judas wouldn’t allow himself to be forgiven. The bitterness and shame of what he had done was overwhelming to him. In stead of trusting in Jesus, who would have forgiven him, he trusted in himself and he found that he was all alone. Don’t be alone. Trust in Jesus. Nothing you’ve done can keep you from his love, if you will turn back to him.
