Oh give thanks to the Lord, for he is good;
for his steadfast love endures forever!
What about when we don’t feel loved? Think of those times (perhaps you’re in one now) where the fact God exists doesn’t seem to make a difference in real life. Don’t fall for the lie. God’s love is not dependent on our ability to perceive it. God’s love is real. It’s not “warm fuzzy” feel-good nothing… it’s legitimate love. Give thanks to the Lord, not because you feel loved, but because you are, always!
