Have you ever heard someone say “I’m retired and loving it?” And they might even say that in the context of not seeing you much at church?
Do they mean that because they now go on so many mission trips or they travel to speak at gospel centered events, or because they’ve done their time and now life is all about them?
Hmmm, something to think about. Does the Christian ever reach a point in life when God wants them to just focus on themselves? I guess, more specifically, does the Bible ever lead us to this kind of practice?
